I'm trying to use the .PES format of the designs on my disk and I get an error that says "Can't read this version"  What can I do?

This situation is occurring because the designs on the disk are in .PES 4.0 format.  Your software wants an earlier version of the format.  We have been including the PES 2.0 format on our CD's for the past few years.  If you have a floppy disk version or your CD does not include the PES 2.0 format then click here and send us a note letting us know what pattern you have and which version of .PES you need and we will e-mail you the files for your version.

I see that the product has a copyright.  I want to know if I can make the projects and sell them?  Can you please explain what I am and am not allowed to do with your patterns?

All of our products are protected by copyright.  You cannot duplicate or share any of the materials including but not limited to the instructions and the embroidery designs.  You can however make as many items from the materials as you wish whether they be for yourself, friends or for resell.

I just purchased one of your patterns and when I try to use the disk or insert it into the machine I get an error that says "General Disk Failure"  How can I correct this?

Please contact us using the information on the contact us page.  We can help you with this issue but will need some information specific to your set up.

I just purchased the Baby Quilt pattern and it came on floppy disks instead of a CD. When I insert the disk into my sewing machine it says it does not find any files.  What can I do?

Make sure that you are using the correct disk.  One disk contains .art, .pes, and .sew files while the other disk contains .hus and .vip files.  If you are sure that you are using the correct disk then please contact us using the information on the contact us page.
