The Sew Precious Creations story:

DogsIt all started in January of 2002.  We decided to start our own business selling patterns with embroidery designs at a reasonable price.  As we were sitting in our workroom discussing names for our venture our two dogs Sandi and Bailey were playing together in the room.  They finally settled down and decided to lay next to each other.  We were both looking at the dogs and at the same time we said, "You guys are so precious."  We looked at each other and said "That's it, 'Sew Precious'!" and thus Sew Precious Creations was born.

Melinda has been in the sewing industry since she was 16.  She has created well over 40 sewing projects.  Her work has been featured on America Sews, America Quilts Creatively and in Creative Machine Embroidery magazine.  She has also been a popular teacher at the Annual Husqvarna Viking International Conventions.
